Services

True health goes beyond just getting through the day. It’s about feeling energized, balanced, supported and able to fully engage in your life. Nutritional therapy takes a personalized approach, grounded in functional nutrition principles. Instead of focusing on isolated symptoms, we look at the bigger picture to better understand what your body may need.

I offer sessions online via Zoom to make this support accessible and convenient wherever you are.

Start Your Journey with a Complimentary Intro Call

Take the first step by scheduling a complimentary 20-30 minute Intro Call. This relaxed conversation is a chance for you to share your story, talk about your goals, and ask any questions you may have.

We’ll also explore whether working together feels like the right fit for you and your journey.

This first call is simply a conversation—no pressure, just a chance to connect and see what support might look like for you.

One-on-One Care

Meaningful change takes time and support. That’s why I work with clients through a thoughtfully designed 3-month program.

This time together allows us to better understand your body’s unique needs, build a strong nutritional foundation, and create sustainable habits that support your long-term wellness.

Throughout these three months, you’ll gain insight into how your body responds to food and lifestyle choices, develop practical strategies that fit your daily life, and begin building habits that support your personal goals.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to continue supporting your health long after our work together.

This work takes place through my Empower: Foundations of Health program—a three-month partnership focused on building lasting change.

What's Included

Comprehensive Initial Interview (90 minutes)

We begin with a deep dive into your health story. Before our first session, you’ll complete a detailed nutritional assessment and a 3-day food and mood journal so I can begin understanding your current habits, patterns, and goals. During our initial consultation, we’ll walk through your history together and use the Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to help identify areas where your body may need additional support. This session helps lay the groundwork for the personalized plan we’ll build together.

Your Personalized Plan

After our initial consultation, I’ll take time to carefully review everything we discussed and develop your personalized plan.

We’ll then meet for a recommendations session, where I’ll walk you through the nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions that may best support your body. Most importantly, this process is collaborative. The most effective recommendations are the ones that feel realistic and attainable for you. Together, we’ll focus on changes that fit your life and feel manageable to implement.

Five Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes each)

Lasting change happens over time, and these follow-up sessions allow us to continue learning from your body as you begin implementing your plan.

During these sessions we’ll:

-review your progress

-make adjustments where needed

-address challenges that come up

-continue building your understanding of your body’s unique needs

These sessions are your dedicated time to ask questions, gain insight, and build the confidence to support your health long term.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

You won’t be navigating this process alone. Throughout the program, you’ll also have unlimited email or text support so you can reach out with questions, share updates, or ask for guidance between sessions.

My role is to guide, educate, and support you as you build habits that help your body thrive.

The graph above shows two sets of results of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The red bars indicate initial symptom severity. The green bars indicate symptom severity after three months of nutritional therapy.

A Closer Look at the NAQ

As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).

The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.

Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.

During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.
