Start with a complimentary 20–30 minute Intro Call. This is a relaxed conversation where you can share your story, talk through what’s been going on, and learn a little more about how I approach Nutritional Therapy.
There’s no pressure—just a chance for us to connect and see if working together feels like the right fit.
Before our first session, you’ll complete a nutritional assessment, an initial interview questionnaire, and a 3-day food and mood journal. I review everything ahead of time so our session is fully focused on your story, your goals, and your body’s needs.
Then, together, we’ll create your personalized wellness blueprint, a plan designed to support your body and help you move toward balance.
