In a world full of quick fixes and constantly changing nutrition advice, feeling truly supported in your health can feel overwhelming. But what if the answer isn’t found in the latest trend—what if it starts with better understanding your own body?
I believe your body is always communicating with you. Those signals—whether they show up as low energy, digestive discomfort, mood changes, or something else—offer valuable insight. My role is to help you understand what your body may be asking for and how to respond in a supportive way.
Nutritional therapy isn’t about restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s a process of discovery—learning how food and lifestyle choices impact your energy, mood, and overall sense of balance. Together, we’ll turn your body’s signals into clear, actionable steps that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
Whether you’re dealing with ongoing challenges or simply want to feel more like yourself, nutritional therapy offers a supportive path forward. It’s not just about what you eat—it’s also about how you live, sleep, move, and manage stress.
Everything in the body is connected. By looking at the bigger picture, we’re able to better understand what may be influencing how you feel and how to support your body in a more holistic, sustainable way.
Curious about what your body may be trying to tell you? I’d love to work together to help you better understand its signals and take meaningful steps toward feeling your best.

My approach is rooted in what Nutritional Therapy refers to as the Foundations of Health—the basic areas of support that help the body function at its best.
When these foundations are supported, the body is better able to find balance and do what it’s designed to do. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, we look at how these key areas work together.
Whole, thoughtfully prepared foods provide the nourishment your body needs to feel supported. This isn’t about perfection or restriction—it’s about choosing foods that help you feel your best and bring enjoyment to your meals.
What we eat matters, but so does how well we digest and absorb those nutrients. Supporting digestion helps ensure your body can actually use the nourishment you’re providing.
Blood sugar balance plays a role in energy levels, mood, focus, and overall wellbeing. When blood sugar is supported, many systems in the body are better able to function smoothly.
Quality sleep is essential for both physical and mental health. It allows the body to rest, repair, and reset—laying the foundation for better days ahead.
While we can’t always eliminate stress, learning how to support your body’s response to it can have a powerful impact on how you feel, both physically and mentally.
When these foundations are supported and working together, they create a strong base that allows your body to function at its best. Think of them as the roots of a tree—when they’re nourished, everything above them is better supported.
My role is to help you understand and strengthen these foundations in a way that’s tailored to your unique body and lifestyle. Together, we’ll explore how each area may be influencing how you feel and identify practical ways to support them.
This approach isn’t about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. It’s about building a strong foundation for long-term wellbeing and giving your body the support it needs to move toward balance.
My work is grounded in a few core principles that shape how I support each client:
Curious and investigative
We look beyond surface-level symptoms to better understand what may be contributing to how you feel.
Personalized
Your support plan is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and your goals—because no two people are the same.
Evidence-informed
My approach is grounded in nutritional science, while still honoring your body’s individual responses and needs.
Empowering
Education is a key part of our work together. My goal is to help you feel confident and informed so you can become the expert on your own body.
Whether you’re navigating specific challenges or simply looking to feel more supported in your day-to-day life, we’ll work together to create sustainable changes that truly fit your real life.
My path to Nutritional Therapy began through my own health journey.
For years, I lived in a body that didn’t feel quite right. I spent a long time searching for answers, trying different approaches, and feeling like I was chasing relief without truly understanding what my body needed. It was frustrating, exhausting, and at times isolating.

Everything began to shift when I started working with a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner myself. For the first time, I felt listened to and seen as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. I learned how foundational support like nourishment, digestion, stress, and sleep could make a meaningful difference in how I felt day to day.
That experience changed the way I viewed health—and myself. It showed me the power of understanding your body, working with it rather than against it, and building support from the ground up.
I chose to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner because I wanted to offer that same kind of support to others. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to want answers, and to wish someone would help you connect the dots. My goal is to walk alongside you, help you better understand your body, and support you as you build a foundation that truly fits your life.
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I bring more than just knowledge to our sessions – I bring understanding, empathy, and a commitment to your unique health journey.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most often find me at home with my family. I’ve been married to my husband for 15 years, and together we’re raising our daughter—who keeps us busy and cheering from the sidelines at her softball games.
Home is where I recharge. I love reading, spending time in the kitchen, and cooking meals for the people I love most. Sharing food, slowing down, and being together are some of my favorite ways to connect.
Alongside my work in Nutritional Therapy, I also work full-time as an educator—something that deeply influences how I show up for my clients. Teaching, guiding, and supporting others as they learn and grow is at the heart of what I do.
I believe in walking the talk—the principles of Nutritional Therapy aren’t just what I teach, they’re the foundation of how I live. This firsthand experience allows me to offer not just knowledge, but practical, realistic support for integrating healthy habits into busy, modern lives.
