1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

If you’re tired of guessing about what you should eat, what habits you should change, or where to focus your energy, you don’t have to sort through it all on your own.

My 3-month 1:1 support is designed to help you better understand your nutrition, digestion, lifestyle, symptoms, and everyday patterns while building strong health foundations that fit your individual needs and real life.

Sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so we can work together from wherever you are.

Start with a Complimentary Intro Call

This relaxed 20–30 minute conversation gives you a chance to tell me a little about what you’ve been experiencing, what you’d like support with, and what you’re hoping to accomplish.

I’ll tell you more about my approach, answer your questions, and we’ll decide whether working together feels like the right fit.

This first call is simply a conversation—no pressure, just a chance to connect and see what support might look like for you.

Empower: Foundations of Health

3-Month 1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Support

Meaningful change usually doesn’t happen in one appointment. Over three months, we have time to look at the bigger picture, build realistic health foundations, and adjust as you learn more about what works for you.

Throughout our work together, you’ll gain a better understanding of how nutrition and lifestyle patterns may influence how you feel, develop practical strategies that fit your daily life, and build habits that support your individual goals.

My goal is to empower you with knowledge, tools, and confidence you can continue using long after our work together ends.

What's Included

Comprehensive Initial Interview (90 minutes)

Before our first session, you’ll complete an initial interview questionnaire, a nutritional assessment questionnaire (NAQ), and a 3-day Food & Mood Journal. I review these ahead of time so we can use our 90-minute initial session to explore your history, current habits, concerns, and goals in depth. This session helps lay the groundwork for the personalized plan we’ll build together.

Your Personalized Plan

After our initial consultation, I’ll take time to carefully review everything we discussed and develop your personalized plan.

We’ll then meet for a recommendations session, where I’ll walk you through the nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle suggestions that may best support your health and goals. Most importantly, this process is collaborative. The most effective recommendations are the ones that feel realistic and attainable for you. Together, we’ll focus on changes that fit your life and feel manageable to implement.

Five Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (60 minutes each)

These follow-up sessions give us time to review what you’re noticing, talk through what’s working and what isn’t, adjust recommendations when needed, address challenges, and continue building your understanding and confidence.

These sessions are your dedicated time to ask questions, gain insight, and build the confidence to support your health long term.

Ongoing Support Between Sessions

You won’t be navigating this process alone. Throughout the program, you’ll also have unlimited email or text support so you can reach out with questions, share updates, or ask for guidance between sessions.

My role is to guide, educate, and support you as you build habits that support your health.

The graph above shows two sets of results of the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The red bars indicate initial symptom severity. The blue bars indicate symptom severity after three months of nutritional therapy. This is an example of how self-reported symptom patterns can be visualized over time.

A Closer Look at the NAQ

As part of our work together, you’ll complete the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) through Nutri-Q. The questionnaire gives us another way to organize the symptoms, patterns, and concerns you report and helps guide our conversations about areas we may want to explore more closely.

Your results are one piece of the overall picture. I consider them alongside your health history, Food & Mood Journal, goals, preferences, and what you’re noticing in everyday life. We can also repeat the questionnaire over time to see how your reported symptoms and priorities may be changing.

The NAQ is an educational and assessment tool. It isn’t used to diagnose medical conditions.
